At Wild Harvest Candle Company LLC, including our Annora Bloom Collection, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and intention. We truly want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your concern and photos (if applicable).

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved returns must be received back within 15 days of return authorization.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • Approved damaged or incorrect items will receive a return shipping label
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved returns for reasons other than damage or error

Delivery Guarantee (Optional Protection)

We offer an optional Delivery Guarantee at checkout to protect your order from loss or damage during transit with the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs in transit, we’ll make it right—quickly and with care.

If selected at checkout:

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo verification may be required
  • Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit

If not selected:

  • We are unable to cover lost, damaged, or carrier-related issues once an order has shipped
  • Customers will need to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance

Damages & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of both the product and packaging
  • Do not use the item prior to contacting us

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Scent Experience & Product Expectations

Because our candles, fragrances, and body products are handcrafted and made in small batches, scent perception is highly personal and can vary from person to person.

For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds based on scent preference alone.

If you are unsure about a fragrance, we are always happy to help guide you toward scents you are most likely to enjoy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
