At Wild Harvest Candle Company LLC, including our Annora Bloom collection, we offer both one-time purchases and, where applicable, subscription-based products for your convenience.

- Subscription or recurring deliveries (if applicable)
By selecting a subscription option, you agree to recurring charges based on the selected delivery schedule.
Subscription Terms (If Applicable)
If you enroll in a subscription:
- Your payment method will be automatically charged according to your selected delivery frequency
- Subscriptions will continue until canceled
- You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us directly
Subscription Changes & Cancellations
To ensure proper processing:
- Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to your next billing date
- Requests made after this window may apply to the following billing cycle
Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Order Cancellations (One-Time Purchases)
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
- Orders may be canceled or modified only if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled
- Once an order has been processed, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes

Delivery Guarantee & Subscriptions
If your order includes our optional Delivery Guarantee, coverage applies per shipment under the same terms outlined in our Shipping Policy.
