Shipping Policy

At Wild Harvest Candle Company LLC, including our Annora Bloom Collection, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention and care.

Processing Time

Typical order processing time is 1–4 business days, in addition to shipping transit times. Current processing updates are displayed at the top of our website.

Our operating hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Please allow additional processing time during major sales events, holidays, or for custom and large orders. If extended processing is required, you will be notified.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes. However, if you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Delivery Guarantee (Optional Protection)

We offer an optional Delivery Guarantee at checkout to protect your order from loss or damage during transit with the shipping carrier. If an issue occurs in transit, we’ll make it right—quickly and with care.

If selected at checkout:

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Photo verification may be required
  • Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit

If not selected:

  • We are unable to cover lost, damaged, or carrier-related issues once an order has shipped
  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance

This protection is optional and is not a shipping fee.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free ground shipping within the United States on all orders.

Once your order has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, transit times will vary depending on the shipping method, delivery destination, and any potential carrier delays, including holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your shipping label has been created. Please note that tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to appear after label creation.

Once your order has shipped, tracking and delivery are managed by the carrier and are outside of our direct control.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and rates will be listed here.

Damages & Delivery Concerns

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of both the product and packaging
  • Do not use the item prior to contacting us

We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Candles, wax melts, and similar products may soften or melt when exposed to extreme high temperatures during transit.

We are not responsible for products affected by heat exposure once delivered. We strongly recommend shipping to a location where someone can promptly receive your package.

If packages are left outside in hot conditions for an extended time, they may soften, and we cannot be held liable for heat-related damage.
